Product Description
Dulux Maxicover Plaster Primer Water Based is a mild to moderate alkali-resistant primer for porous surfaces. A general-purpose water-based primer suitable for interior and exterior use.Provides good substrate adhesion, and can be over-coated with most solvent-based and water-based Undercoats and Decorative Topcoats.
Application Description
Brush, roller or spray application.
