Product Description
Dulux Primer Sealer (Bonding Liquid) is a premium sealer for penetrating and bonding powdery surfaces. Provides adhesion to gypsum plaster for decorative solvent and water-based topcoats.A clear, solvent-based primer to seal interior and exterior masonry walls. It is suitable for both: new and old, unsound surfaces.

Brush, roller or conventional spray.

Tips & Advice
1. Preparing the Surfaces
Suitable for cement plaster, gypsum plaster, concrete, fibre cement and all composition boarding.
2. Cleaning
For clean up use DULUX PRE-PAINT BRUSH CLEANER/DEGREASER or Mineral Turpentine.
