Dulux Pre-Paint Quick Setting Cement is designed mainly for repairing any masonry surfaces. Due to its ability to resist water permeability, it is perfect for repairing areas constantly affected by water. Ideal for outdoor use i.e. masonry, concrete, brickwork, stone, cement rendering, paving and other exterior surfaces.

Putty knife or small trowel.
